RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Here's how to do it:

• Packaging: Carefully package the item in its original packaging with all accessories included. Make sure the item is in new, unused condition.
• Shipping: Ship the package to the address indicated on the return label. You are responsible for shipping costs for returns.
• Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund for the full amount of the purchase, less the original shipping charge. The refund will be processed via the original payment method.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or another item, please follow these steps:

• Contact us: Inform us of your exchange request by email to support@gmbijouterie.com Please include your order number and details of the desired exchange.
• Exchange Confirmation: Once we have confirmed the availability of your desired item, follow the packing and shipping steps as directed for returns.
• Exchange Shipping: Once we receive your original item, we will ship the exchanged item to the address you specified. Shipping costs for the exchange are your responsibility.

INELIGIBLE ITEMS

Some items, such as personalized or engraved items, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please contact us for more information on ineligible items.
